Busch Gardens' Leprechauns Pix

This was one of the last jobs I ever did with Jim Henson's Creature Shop, and in some ways one of the most fun. I had to build three identical animatronic Leprechaun heads for use in a stage show. The requirements for this kind of application are quite different from a movie or commercial. Accordingly, the heads had to be simple but incredibly robust and maintenance-free, just the kind of construction I prefer. They worked flawlessly, and probably still do.
